Taking It Easy

My Daily Gratitudes: 08/11/2013

I'm grateful for having some time to relax today and take it easy.

I'm grateful for the good feeling I had after finishing my workout. I got a lift from it and felt like I had won a race or something. It was a good feeling-- and I made my best time yet on my exercising machine.

I'm grateful for my wife. She's been a good companion to me through the years.
