I recently experience the pleasure of completing the book Change Anything: The New Science of Personal Success by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, David Maxfield and Ron McMillan.
But, I don't think one can truly complete this book. Once you read it, you'll find that you've been given the tools to start tackling those really tough things in your life that you have settled on living with until you die.
So, no . . . you don't complete this book. You do this book.
You'll learn that lasting change doesn't start with willpower at all. Lasting change starts with knowledge and learning new skill sets. You need to learn that you have way more forces trying to hold you at the status quo than you realize and you are not yet equipped to face these honed opponents to your success. But, once you learn, practice, and make the right changes, you'll find that things you couldn't do come into your reach.
The book also provides you with an access code to their website so that you can get to know a community of other "changers". If you get an e-book version, just contact their technical support on the website-- they'll verify your purchase and get you access if your e-book doesn't have a code.
Consider reading this book; Change those tough things in your life.

If you haven't already done so, I invite you to read my main title post in order to better understand the purpose behind this blog. In that post, you'll find links to three TED Talks that could really impact your life in a positive way.
